Cloverdale Performing Arts To Present Saturday Morning Stagings of the classic Children’s Play, “Winnie-the-Pooh.”

Pooh Bear is coming to town, so get ready for some giggles and excitement both onstage and in the audience!

A show for both the young and those just plain “young-at-heart,” we find Christopher Robin’s fat little bear of “Very Little Brain” happily willing to drift peacefully through life, humming tunes and stopping frequently to eat “a little something.”  However, he finds himself falling into all sorts of adventures, assisted by such friends as the dismal Eeyore, Piglet, and Rabbit, with his countless relatives.

This version of Winnie-the-Pooh, the original of several Pooh-based plays, is based upon the book by A.A Milne, and was written by Daphne Milne and Spencer Curtis Brown.

NEXT SATURDAY, July 10th, at 11:00 a.m., join us for the 3rd performance of Winnie-the-Pooh with the amazing costumes by Cloverdale's Holly Werner and the cast comprised of Cloverdale students and recent graduates, along with "Kanga," played by a local mom. After the show, enjoy hugs and photos from costumed cast members on the front lawn of the theater--a big treat for the little kids!
